OPC member Brian Palmer's documentary titled "Full Disclosure: A Reporter's Journey Toward Truth," has been selected for the feature competition at the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival. The documentary is based on Palmer's three trips to Iraq with the U.S. Marines.

"After the five-year slog it took to produce and finish the doc, this is pretty thrilling," Palmer wrote in an email.

Big Sky Festival takes place in Missoula, Montana, from February 12-21.

He leaves this weekend for Bangladesh on a Nation Institute reporting grant and to help set up up a media-training school.

Palmer has been a staff writer at Fortune magazine, Beijing bureau chief for U.S. News and World Report and a correspondent for CNN. Palmer is a member of the Photography & Imaging Department faculty at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. He lectures at The School of Visual Arts' MFA Photography, Video & Related Media Program.
