Reporters Without Borders Germany and the Taz-Panter-Foundation, a non-profit organization linked to daily newspaper Die Tageszeitung (Taz), is offering a rest-and-refuge fellowship in Berlin to journalists working in crisis countries who need time away from teh field for mental health or security reasons.
